- The system records and tracks requests for Home Maintenance work

Extensive statistics of home maintenance tasks may be produced for any period, including :
- Number of requests.
- Jobs commenced and completed.
- Clients and households assisted.
- Requests, jobs and hours by clients or officer.
- Hours spent on assessments and on actual work.
- The system also tracks jobs refused and the reason for refusal.
- The system is fully integrated with all the modules of the Community
Services System. Where applicable, the system is also integrated with
the Sundry debtors system, transaction files produced by the Sharikat
Community Services System are directly transferable to the debtors system.
