- The module is applicable for C.A.C.P. or linkages programs, it is designed
to record clients, their case notes and care plans and to provide facilities
for the management of the program.
- In addition to the standard client information recorded by the Community
Services System, the following information is recorded for the program:
- Authorities
- Assistance required (user definable)
- Client Skills and Restrictions (user definable)
- The system records agencies providing care to the clients. Care plans are
recorded for the clients, these are designed to be very flexible and may be
varied at any time. Audit trails of variations are recorded. Care plan
charts may be produced.
- The care plans record the costs of the care. Committed expenditure details
may be produced at any time, and actual payments to agencies may be
recorded. Expenditure reports (committed and actual) may be produced at any
time.
- The system records full history of client's leave. History reports of
client leave by type of leave may be produced.
- The system includes all the standard Community Services System features
including enquiries and the extensive client demographic profile reports.
