- This module provides facilities to record client assessments and reviews.
It is designed to be used in conjunction with the main Sharikat database.
- Data is recorded in the same format as the INI/SCOTT forms, additional data,
including user-defined fields and unlimited text may be recorded.
- Assessment and review visits to clients may be recorded. A report of
follow-up visits due may be produced.
- Service requirements details may be recorded.
- The module allows for the comparisons of the amount of service assessed for the
client with the actual service provided to the client.
- Multiple funding sources and budgets for client services may be recorded.
- Confidential information may be recorded.
- Waiting lists including priority may be produced.
- This module includes a facility to print the client data in the same format as
the INI forms, the forms can also be produced in a Word format (RTF) file which can be
sent electronically.
- Remote/Laptop Assessment
- An extension to the Assessment Module enables client details to be entered, reviewed and/or changed on a notebook computer, remote to the main Sharikat system. Thus client details can be directly input into the system during the assessment, even in the client's own home. The assessment forms can be printed immediately using a portable printer. The client details can be uploaded from the notebook computer into the main Sharikat database.
